Midland National employees Janelle Peterson, Joshua Woodard, and Kayla Dill recently finished the Fellow, Secure Retirement Institute (FSRI) program offered by the international trade association for the insurance and financial services industry group, LOMA.

The FSRI program delivers knowledge of broad challenges facing society and the retirement industry, as well as strategic approaches for meeting these challenges, to equip employees for problem solving, innovation, and advancement in their careers.

This comprehensive professional development curriculum covers the entire retirement planning and income marketplace and helps Midland National employees develop their knowledge in a variety of areas. The employees, who work in marketing, sales, and advisory training, will implement their hard-earned skills in the development of new initiatives and service of policyholders.
